Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Define and drive the AI practice strategy, offerings, and go-to-market.<\/li>\n
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of AI engineers, architects, and consultants.<\/li>\n
  • Own delivery quality and outcomes across AI engagements.<\/li>\n
  • Develop partnerships with cloud and AI platform providers.<\/li>\n
  • Partner with sales to grow the AI pipeline and win strategic deals.<\/li>\n
  • Establish responsible AI standards, methodologies, and accelerators.
    Represent the company as a thought leader in the AI space.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Education<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • 8+ years in technology, with 3+ years leading AI\/ML or data teams and
        practices.<\/li>\n
      • Proven track record of building teams and delivering enterprise AI programs.<\/li>\n
      • Experience with commercial ownership (pipeline, P&L, or practice growth).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Technical Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Strong understanding of the end-to-end AI landscape (GenAI, MLOps, data
          platforms).<\/li>\n
        • Familiarity with cloud AI ecosystems and partner programs.<\/li>\n
        • Ability to guide architecture and delivery decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
