  • Design, test, and optimize prompts and system instructions for LLM applications.<\/li>\n
  • Define conversation flows, tone, and persona for AI assistants and agents.<\/li>\n
  • Build evaluation datasets and rubrics to measure output quality.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with engineers to implement guardrails and fallback behavior.<\/li>\n
  • Run experiments to improve accuracy, safety, and user satisfaction.<\/li>\n
  • Document prompt patterns and best practices for reuse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Education<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, HCI, or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • 2+ years working with LLMs, conversational AI, or content\/UX design.<\/li>\n
      • Portfolio of prompt engineering or conversation design work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Technical Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Deep understanding of prompt engineering techniques and LLM behavior.<\/li>\n
        • Familiarity with LLM APIs and orchestration tools.<\/li>\n
        • Basic scripting (Python) for testing and evaluation.<\/li>\n
        • Understanding of evaluation metrics and guardrails.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
