Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Design and build LLM-powered features: chat, summarization, search, extraction, and generation.<\/li>\n
  • Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, and retrieval strategies.<\/li>\n
  • Fine-tune, evaluate, and benchmark models for quality, latency, and cost.<\/li>\n
  • Build robust evaluation and guardrail systems to ensure safe, accurate outputs.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with product to define AI-driven user experiences.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor production performance and continuously improve model behavior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Education<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • 3+ years in software engineering, with hands-on GenAI\/LLM project experience.<\/li>\n
      • Experience shipping AI features to production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Technical Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Strong Python skills and familiarity with modern AI libraries.
          Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) and orchestration frameworks.<\/li>\n
        • Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) and embedding models.<\/li>\n
        • Understanding of prompt engineering, evaluation, and observability.<\/li>\n
        • Nice to have: fine-tuning, distillation, and model-serving experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
