Position Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n

The SAP Testing Lead is responsible for defining, coordinating, and executing the testing strategy for SAP solutions, ensuring quality, stability, and alignment with business requirements across implementations, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Define and implement the\u00a0SAP testing strategy<\/strong>(unit, integration, UAT, regression).<\/li>\n
  • Lead and coordinate QA functional and technical teams.<\/li>\n
  • Plan testing cycles, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.<\/li>\n
  • Design and oversee the creation of\u00a0test cases<\/strong>and\u00a0test scripts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Manage defects and track them through resolution.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure quality across integrations between SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.).<\/li>\n
  • Promote and implement\u00a0test automation<\/strong>where applicable.<\/li>\n
  • Manage testing environments (QA, sandbox, pre-production).<\/li>\n
  • Provide status reports, quality metrics, and risk assessments.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and standards (e.g., ISTQB, SAP Activate).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/p>\n

    Education<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Experience<\/p>\n

        \n
      • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in SAP projects.<\/li>\n
      • Proven experience leading QA\/testing teams.<\/li>\n
      • Experience in SAP implementations or rollouts (S\/4HANA preferred).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Technical Skills<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Strong knowledge of SAP module SD.<\/li>\n
        • Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, Solution Manager).<\/li>\n
        • Hands-on experience with functional, integration, and UAT testing.<\/li>\n
        • Nice to have: test automation tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, Selenium).<\/li>\n
        • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and\/or SAP Activate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
