environments, developer platforms, and C\/C++ build environments.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate build failures, infrastructure incidents, and environment-related issues, performing root cause analysis and driving long-term solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Support build systems based on Make, CMake, gcc\/clang, and collaborate with Engineering teams to identify whether issues are infrastructure, tooling, or application related.<\/li>\n<li>Develop automation using Bash and Python to improve operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Support teams across multiple regions.<\/li>\n<li>Improve system reliability, monitoring, and operational processes.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in incident response and on-call rotations when required.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to experience administering Linux environments (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Bash and Python scripting.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting CI\/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting software build environments or development platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of C\/C++ build systems, including Make, CMake, gcc, or clang, with the ability to troubleshoot compilation, dependency, or build-related issues.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP\/IP, DNS, HTTP\/S, SSH).<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar ticketing platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).\n<p>Nice to have:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.<\/li>\n<li>Docker or containerization experience.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or other AI-assisted developer tools.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using debugging tools such as gdb, strace, or similar
