behavior.<\/li>\n<li>Professional use of Git as part of the usual workflow, not as a formality at<br \/>delivery time.<\/li>\n<li>Organized and modular Python code: the candidate must produce deliverable<br \/>code, not just exploration notebooks.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with experiment tracking tools (MLflow or equivalent) for<br \/>experiment traceability.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to document models in a structured way: what it solves, with what data,<br \/>with what limitations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working under team standards: secure credential handling, data<br \/>versioning, project structure.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible use of generative AI tools as assistants: with the critical ability to<br \/>review and validate what they produce.<\/li>\n<li>Judgment to evaluate when agent systems or LLMs are the right tool and when<br \/>they are not.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-24c8bdae elementor-widget in<br \/>agile environments.<\/li>\n<li>Work history in real code repositories (a shareable portfolio will be valued).<\/li>\n<li>Advanced mastery of Python as the primary and sole development language.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of data science and ML libraries: Scikit-Learn , XGBoost ,<br \/>LightGBM , Pandas , Polars , Statsmodels , SciPy .<\/li>\n<li>Experience with deep learning models ( TensorFlow or PyTorch ) when the<br \/>problem justifies it.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with data at scale: advanced SQL, PySpark for exploration<br \/>and transformation.<\/li>\n<li>Access to and
