We are seeking a consultant to provide specialized Level 3 (L3) support for “Sistema 100” applications running on the Unisys MCP platform, ensuring incident handling and resolution as well as operational continuity.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • Handling and resolution of Level 3 incidents.<\/li>\n
  • Analysis and maintenance of COBOL applications.<\/li>\n
  • Problem diagnosis and root cause analysis.<\/li>\n
  • Implementation of fixes and minor enhancements.<\/li>\n
  • Support for testing and change documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
