Overview
This role is part of our Data & AI Guild, working on a data modernization engagement for a US financial services client. The team is building the data infrastructure that powers real-time AI-driven risk models — moving from legacy batch processing to event-driven architecture.
You won’t be handed a backlog. You’ll be part of the architecture conversation from the beginning, working directly alongside the client’s engineering leadership and owning delivery outcomes end-to-end.

- Govern how AI/ML outputs are validated and integrated into [specific workflow or system]
- Define and maintain [data models / API contracts / infrastructure standards] that the broader team builds on

Working at Motivus
What Working Here Looks Like
- Guild community: You’re part of the [Data & AI / Backend / Cloud] Guild — a community of practitioners in your domain. Structured learning, peer review, and certifications happen here, not in isolation.
- Outcome accountability: Your work connects directly to a client result. We don’t measure activity — we measure delivery.
- AI in your workflow: Through AI Champions and Guild initiatives, you’ll actively use and shape how AI tools are applied to engineering work — not just hear about it in a townhall.
- Defined career path: Structured progression from individual contributor to technical lead to Guild leadership, with certifications and milestones that are visible, not arbitrary.
